Welcome to our Winter Newsletter

Well, I can’t believe that Christmas is nearly upon us, I don’t know if you agree but this year has flown by so quickly. We have the Christmas tree up in the practice and the team members are excited about the time off with their family and friends.

We have had the team Christmas party last week with our sister practices, we attended a masquerade party, ate lots of food, drinks were flowing and dancing happened, Dr Kahale definitely has moves. There are some pictures below taken during our evening I hope you enjoy seeing your dental team out of their working environment.

On another positive note, we have had an addition to the team and Dr Joe Kennedy and his partner Becky have been blessed with the arrival of their baby boy, and yes just like his father he didn’t run on time and arrived a few days late.

Treatments that Joe offers include:

  • Teeth straightening – Invisalign
  • Tooth whitening
  • Emergency dental treatment
  • Replacement of silver fillings
  • Cosmetic composite bonding
  • General dentistry
  • Crowns / Bridges
  • Microabrasion teeth stain removal

Dental Joke

Dentist begging the patient: Could you help me, please? Scream as loud and painfully as you possibly can?

Patient: Umm, why? It’s not hurt me this time.

Dentist: Because there are tonnes of patients in the waiting room right now and I don’t want to miss the world cup final at 3!

Tell us if you laughed and send us your dental jokes to get features in the next newsletter.

Why Do Dry January in 2023

January is that time each year when some of us make resolutions to try and break habits that we feel don’t support us. It could be your resolution to eat a healthier diet, to exercise more, to read more or maybe you are going to be ready for a break from the Christmas bubbly, maybe you want a “new year, new me” challenge or perhaps you’ve been thinking about the health benefits of giving up alcohol?
