Ashika graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019 and completed her Foundation Training in Dental Practice in Shrewsbury as part of the Telford Scheme in 2020. She then went on to do a Dental Core Training year in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the East Lancashire Hospital Trust in 2021. She gained membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2021.
Ashika is passionate about giving comprehensive care to her patients to secure their long term dental health while also offering a range of cosmetic treatments to give her patients the smile they deserve. Ashika also prides herself in her ability to put anxious patients at ease. 'Being approachable to my patients and being someone they can trust and feel comfortable around is very important to me. It underpins what kind of experience they have in the chair, and I strive to make it a positive one.'
In her spare time, Ashika enjoys going to the gym and long dog walks. Ashika also has recently taken up DJ-ing and mixing electronic music to complement her passion for live music and a variety of music genres. Her other interests include reading, scuba diving and travelling.
